Job Description

 

We're seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth, develop marketing strategies, and lead our sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets and expanding customer bases.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and upsell/cross-sell services
3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Marketing:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads
2. Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
3. Create and execute campaigns to drive website traffic and engagement
4. Collaborate with the product team to launch new services and features

Common Responsibilities:

1. Analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance
2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
4. Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in fintech on post of marketing manager
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
2. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
3. Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation software

Qualifications Candidates having a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication / Advertising / Marketing will be preferred. Graduates in these disciplines will also be considered.
Experience 6+ years of experience in client servicing in any digital advertising agency. Those with experience in media companies, job/delivery portals will not be considered.
